Ohio Waives Fees For Veterans
Free Teaching Licenses & a Fast Track to All State licenses & Certificates for Vets & Spouses
To recognize the contributions of military families, the Ohio Department of Education eliminated Ohio educator license, permit or certificate fees as well as renewal fees. These fees will be waived for candidates who are veterans with honorable discharges or current service members of all branches of the United States Armed Forces, including the National Guard or Reserves. Spouses of active duty service members also may receive licenses free of charge.
